Comes with 2 batteries, charger, remote control, and case.
Camera seems to be in great working condition. Ejects, loads, powers on as it should. Batteries do not seem to hold a charge, but may not have left them on long enough. Unit powers on and tested with charger adopter. WAS NOT TAPE TESTED.
